Legal Consultant (Associate) will primarily be responsible for, but not limited to the following duties:
- Advise clients on a broad range of matters relating to corporate, investment, labor, insurance and other legal matters;
- Draft and review contracts and other legal documents;
- Conduct legal research;
- Assist with procedures related to visas, work permits, and temporary residence cards for expats;
- Submit the various documents to the clients and the authorities;

- Any other duties assigned by superiors.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree of Law or equivalent;
- Freshmen or 1 year experience;
- Standard knowledge and understanding of corporate, investment, labor/social insurance laws;
- Basic research skills;
- Good English literacy;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Word);
- Attention to detail;
- Ability to self-study;
- Able to work under pressure;
- Good sense of responsibility and teamwork.
Employment Type: Full-time | Monday to Friday
